'tatin'

Coupla days ago got up and after the usual stuff was sorted and taken care of I went to the Sit Place to do the rise belly, fall belly and ya know what it felt fantastic. These things can come along, just like that, from outta the blue. Remember runnin' in the old days, runnin' through Cardiff docks when it was still a place of aching mystery an' you could pace past the abandoned cranes on the quayside. Sometimes it felt like you would be able to run on what felt like limitless energy. Fantastic. Awesome. Infinity at the tips of ya feet.

Yeah, yeah, the rise belly, fall belly...back to that. It was one of those times when it felt like I could have sat for hours; body was just so in tune, body so relaxed. Mind happy and really that feeling came from outta the land of I don't kwow where but there ya go it was just there. The feeling, the bliss, the taste o' de empty incredible. Anything could have been taken on board, whatever floated through the stream was OK. Know what I mean? Any kinda thoughts, feelings, sounds and the movements of the world outside(outside? inside? what's the difference?). All so damn embracable, felt like a definitive statement of truth. Space. That world. Space to accommodate, space to be willin'. Able to allow all kinda things to roll through the door, rest for a while and then move on, just like they always do baby, just like they always do...

strikin' ole' bag o' bones,
the earth revolves around the sun
an' the sun revolves around the galactic centre,
all so far away from where I sit,
but not really.
